Practical, Hands-On Training

You think you have what it takes to be a Claims Adjuster? Our Adjuster Boot Camp will make sure that you are prepared for the battles you will encounter in the field.

This three day camp is taught by a seasoned team of Trainers and is designed to teach you all you need to know to hit the ground running as a new claims adjuster. You will be taught what it means to be an adjuster and the problems you will face. We cover the steps necessary to write a complete scope, estimate and report. You will spend time onsite putting what you have learned into practice as our practical approach to training invloves getting your hands dirty as you scope an actual loss and write an according estimate.

We know that not every student learns the same, so in order to make our training as real as possible we not only use in-house mockups but will take students out into the field in order to put their classroom knowledge into practice. Students will spend time scoping an actual damaged house and learning how to apply what they've learned through hands-on, field training.

Not only has our curriculum been developed by seasoned adjusters, we feel it is our resonsibility to prepare you as best we can. In light of that, we have included the input of Insurance Professionals such as Carrier Examiners, Roofing Professionals and the like.

We make every effort to keep a low student to trainer ratio in order to permit you the opportunity to interact with the Instructors.

Doors will open at 8am for coffee and setup. Class will begin at 9AM and run until 5pm with a one hour break for lunch.
